Russell and the whole crew are amazing. Super friendly. I can't recommend them enough! The Audi dealership told me there was a 4 month wait and would need the car for over a week. European Motowerks got me in my car repaired in a day and charged a fair price.If you have an Audi or any other European make take your car here.

I had to do major work on my 2000 Volvo V70, but I'd just moved to Austin and didn't know where to go. I am SO happy I found European Motorwerks. They are now my go to mechanic for all my auto needs. As a woman, it can be really difficult to get respect at these places, but Russell consistently makes me feel so at ease. Hands down, Russell has the best customer service. He takes the time to educate me on my vehicle, which I greatly appreciate. They do GREAT work! Can't recommend them enough.

European Motorwerks went above and beyond for my service and only charged a fraction of what BMW was quoting. The service was done quickly and I was out of there within an hour. They also helped me put on my new license plate free of charge. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future and highly recommend it to all of my friends and family. The service technicians treat you like family and it’s hard to say that about most service shops!

Long overdue but have to share my experience. I had my 2011 328i serviced by EM recently and worked initially with Eric who was able to get my car in within a day while the dealership turned me away with no follow up on when a time would even be available (shame on you BMW of Austin). He was informative at the start and made every attempt to communicate the various issues I was experiencing in maintenance and repair. I did have to bring my car back in a few times for unresolved issues (just relaying the truth), but BUT they never gave up on me or my car and in the end that says a lot about EM. They never made excuses, just kept troubleshooting until the very end. I'd be remiss though if I didn't mention Russell who absolutely saved the day and my final impression of EM in the long run. He stepped in when I got to the end of my rope and not only did he take the time out of a very busy workday at EM and explained thoroughly what my car needed but he also negotiated a fair price for the work given my initial troubles. He didn't sugar coat or make excuses, he stepped right up and took responsibility and made a commitment to me to make it right. So much so that he kept my car (our agreement) for the day, following the repair, to give it special attention and "drive miles" to ensure the repeat issues would not resurface on my way home. And followed up the very next day (even after hours) to make sure all was still ok. I can say with confidence that this extra level of care and his genuine concern for my issues won me over as a repeat customer of EM. As a woman taking her car into a car shop, it's hard to know who to really trust, but I will not take my car anywhere else thanks to Russell's attention and concern. Thank you EM for treating me like an equal and thank you Russell for making me feel like I was your only customer.

Russell and his team are by far the most helpful body shop I have ever had experience with. They were timely, honest, and took the utmost care of my vehicle. I cannot express the gratitude I have for their sincere efforts and care for our situation. They gave us comfort during a tough life event and went above and beyond with guidance and support. I wouldn’t take my car to any other place in Austin. I would highly recommend their service to anyone and everyone. Thank you Russell and the rest of the crew at European Motorwerks!!!
